These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of landscaping.tv (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site exists for one purpose: to provide information about the domain name "landscaping.tv" and to receive offers from parties interested in acquiring it. Content on the Site — including the journal essays — is published for informational purposes and is sourced where appropriate. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice.

2. No offer or binding commitment

Information on the Site, including any reference figures or buyer‑type descriptions, is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any asset. The Owner reserves the right to accept, reject, counter, or ignore any offer received, for any reason or no reason. No binding agreement to sell the domain is formed until a written purchase agreement has been signed by the Owner and the buyer and the transaction has closed through accredited escrow.

3. Permitted use

You may view the Site and quote brief excerpts of the journal content with attribution and a link back to the source page. You may not scrape, mirror, republish wholesale, or use any portion of the Site for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability.

4. Intellectual property

All original text, design, code, and graphics on the Site are the property of the Owner. Third‑party data cited in the journal articles is attributed to its source and remains the property of those sources. The .TV ccTLD is administered by GoDaddy Registry under contract with the Government of Tuvalu; references on this Site do not imply endorsement.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. Statistics in the journal articles are sourced from publicly available reports and government agencies; while we believe them to be accurate at time of publication, we do not warrant their accuracy or currency and disclaim all liability for reliance on them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Owner's total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

8. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Dispute resolution

Before filing any formal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by direct negotiation for thirty (30) days following written notice by one party to the other. This provision does not apply to claims for injunctive relief.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Owner concerning the Site and supersede all prior agreements on this subject.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
